Brett's first sambar deer
Brett Booked a Paul Boag’s outdoors Advanced Education Course. He got to take his first sambar deer on day two of the course, with one well placed shot from his 30-06, dropping this large hind on the spot. After a lesson in field dressing we carried all the free range organic red meat back to the car, and onto the hunting lodge for a hands on butchering lesson. Brett left the course with a lot of Meat all ready to be cooked an a greater understanding of hunting sambar, from finding sign to the butchering process. lesson he will use for many years to come.
