Join Paul Boag for a unique night-time pest control hunt on private land in the Eildon Alexandra area. Harvest your own free-range, organic red meat, or simply learn from a professional & experience the world of pest control firsthand. All skill levels are welcome, licensed or unlicensed.

What is required from you

$100 Deposit

Current firearm licence is required for all Harvester trainees ( scanned on the night )

Booking form & safety disclaimer filled in and returned before trip

48 hours notice for cancellation or loss of deposit

You can bring your own equipment

Firearm will require zero testing beforehand ( 2hrs before last light )

Harvest Observer Details:

Equipment: All hunting equipment (thermals, firearm, etc.) provided.

Firearm Handling: I shoot the deer while you observe

Transportation: We will use my vehicle, which is equipped for deer recovery.
Harvester trainee Details:

Firearm Handling: You can shoot the deer if you have a current firearm licence, but I will carry the firearm until you are ready.

Harvest Limit: More than one deer may be harvested per night, conditions permitting.

Night Harvesting experience $300

Whole Deer (Gutted): Free (head and hocks removed)

Field Dressed: Free (legs, back straps, eye fillets trimmed)

Quartered Free ( Deer cut into four pieces with a saw for easy transport and storage )

Butcher Breakdown: $300 Extra ( boned out to prime cuts same night or next day):

Table prep: $100 Extra (Steaks, Schnitzels, mince, diced meat & jerky.)

Cool Room Ageing: $100 Extra (7-10 days):

Vacuum Packing: $50 Extra

Euro skull mount: $100 Extra (skinned, Boiled, Cleaned. )

skull whitening: $50 Extra ( bleached takes unto 2 week )

Cape & skull prep: $200 Extra ( head caped, Skull boiled & cleaned ears, lips eyes, & nose turned salted )

Thermal scope / firearm Zeroing test $200 ( only checking your zero sighting in can be arrange in needed)

Wounded deer $100 Extra (if you shoot and lose deer with blood trail)
What to bring

Meat bags to keep meat clean not plastic bags as meat is hot
